Nigeria animation industry collaboration

Animation of Nigeria and visual effects industry is a new and young. There are many people in it with a lot of drive and energy. But one of the factors that affect to what has been the creation of appropriate studies and the current lack of collaboration between artists and technicians in the field projects.

Financing is a key factor especially in Nigeria. In some countries grants and other support systems are available to support those in the creative industries. Of course, creative industries had to fight to get. But their Governments have been account that creative industries can be a huge bra.The creative economy has been identified by the United Nations and economies that will benefit developing countries immensely if exploited as it did for economies establecidas.Lamentablemente most African Governments, including those of Nigeria have quite not the potential.

Most people in our industry of animation emerging is young graduates with little financial support and no big industry to take them and pay a decent wage. They have that make it up as you go along.Not like our main industries established (right, engineering, telecommunications, banking) where there is clear entry routes and more money for hacerse.Nos are in the pioneering phase right now. Passion only achieves that until the moment when does not have any cash (maybe I'm getting old!)

Now devote their time and effort by an animation project with people just for the sake of the is difficult. I do not misunderstand, I think that that is precisely what creates the best work. It is just strong to do from a point of logic of daily booth where they have to pay bills.

The question of 'ego' is also another factor to consider.There are positive and negative to this.We all want that our projects and studies to be the mejor.Creo that natural selection is going to fix things.Once the commencement of studies VFX/animation to emerge that can hire people, get projects consistently etc. most people will want to work for ellos.Pero stage where there are so few people are still trying to figure out if their studies will be the leaders of the industria.No apologize for saying that my study is one of them.

Having said all this, things are changing for the positive aspects as more professionals met and for the future network.the industry is looking for interesting.
